Collider
Context
Collider is a new product for operations leaders. The idea is simple: when you need answers, the best source is usually your peers. Collider combines a trusted network with AI so leaders can surface knowledge from people they know, faster and with more context.
Challenge
At this early stage the questions are bigger than the product itself:
What’s the real problem worth solving for ops leaders?
How do we validate if the idea is strong enough to deserve the next round?
What should we build first to test our assumptions?
Instead of rushing into features, we needed to explore the sequence: what to validate, how to test it with users, and how to keep adapting as we learned.
My role
I joined as Founding Designer, working side by side with the founder and engineer. My role blends design and product thinking:
Acting as a thought partner in user interviews: processing insights, framing problems, and turning conversations into hypotheses.
Designing the first product experience and design system, so we could test ideas with real users instead of slides.
Creating flows and interfaces that balance clarity with flexibility, knowing that the product direction may shift.

Impact
The work gave Collider its first version in the hands of users. Through testing, we learned the main challenge isn’t only making search clear, but also encouraging people to generate enough knowledge that the network can surface.
These insights are shaping our next steps: making the product feel more social, increasing participation, and refining the context where Collider can deliver the most value.
*Since Collider is an active project and still evolving, I can only share a glimpse of current explorations.
